• Preparation of the overall framework and the details of the first tranche of the proposed project loan to finance priority investments of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage

• Identification of potential projects with particular reference to seismic resilience of the raw water supply system.

• Assessment of geohazards relating to infrastructure development, and the predicted effects of climate change on them, and development of capacity enhancement procedures to allow their identification and mitigation for future infrastructure development by Department of Public Works and Highways, Philippines. Development of a Guide and training. Drafting of guidance on DPWH disaster response procedures.

• Development of terms of reference for Feasibility Study for inspections, and upgrading and seismic retrofitting of three 6km long water supply tunnels providing Manila’s water supply.

• Danang Sustainable City Development Project, Vietnam: Managed subconsultants to prepare route options, feasibility study, designs, contract documents and cost assessment for 11km of 6-lane highway around the city.

• Review of accesses to border posts, land ports and border post infrastructure, and assessment of potential projects for  improvements as part of the CAREC (Central Asia) cross border trade improvement programme.
